Custom application is one of our specialties. When this small local company decided to reduce the paperwork and manual processes that hindered productivity, they opted for a custom software application designed by EFG. The existing process was laden with paper trails. In addition through ordering, receipt, dispatch, billing and accounting multiple disparate systems were interfaced. EFG analyzed current business practices and (utilizing our unique rapid development data access and framework) developed a custom software solution to improve their productivity. Now the data is entered once and manipulated throughout the entire process. This has also led to an ease on customer service requests as the original paperwork no longer has to be pulled from storage.
