Cenco
Cenco has been in the Fresno area for quite a while. Thier original customer service application was a "green screen" app that was ported to Visual Basic. EFG has been key in maintaining the Visual Basic application and when Cenco detirmined thier needs were outgrowing the application they turned to EFG to reengineer it. Taking on the Extreme Programming method, EFG reengineered and rebuilt only the pieces that were needed. This helped Cenco manage the costs of the upgrade.
