Subco hired EFG to build a system to incorporate high speed imaging of order cards with thier magazine fulfillment system. EFG was able to build scaning templates in the 3rd party application, and import the data into the system. Backend processed were then designed to manipulate the data with little user interaction. EFG took great steps to build a system capable of processing thousands of pices of mail daily on a reasonable budget. The system has allowed Subco to grow thier business with little to no effort in changing the core process.
As an extension to the core data services EFG built, there is a web frontend. The website provides key marketing and financial reports to Subco's clients based on data collected. Here again EFG built an expandable model as not all of Subco's clients needed the same marketing and financial repots.
