Ronald McDonald House
Ronald McDonald House is a charitable organization that provides housing to families of seriously ill or injured children in close proximity to their medical facilities. For 35 years, this organization has strengthened family bonds in time of crisis. Most of their financial support comes through donations and/or community events. The Fresno/Madera Chapter of the Ronald McDonald House contracted with EFG Software, Inc. to design and maintain a donor tracking system. This system generates donor receipts and donation reports, as well as raffle tickets for fund raising events. While the system is small in scope, it processes hundreds of thousands of transactions each year and can maintain multiple years of history in a single repository.
